Thursday on 2 Pros and a Cup of Joe, Brady Quinn calls out Iowa State Head Coach Matt Campbell for saying his goal was never to win a Big 12 Championship, but to become the best versions of themselves and "to become the greatest together team in the history of Iowa State football." Not only should these comments never be made publicly, but they will come to haunt him with any potential job opportunities.

Brady Quinn: "Everyone wants to be the best version of themselves. We get that. But you were a top 10 ranked team to enter the season. You went to the Big 12 Championship game last year and didn't win it. You had all of these starters returning this year to try to win a Big 12 Championship and a shot a National Championship and you're trying to tell me that at no point ever was that a goal for this team, this year, after what you did last year with this same group of guys?
It is the most mind-boggling quote ever and he's a good guy, he's a good coach, but if he was up for any other job that's up right now, do you know how many decision makers are going to be turning their head going, 'Oh God, we can't hire that guy.'? Literally, he might have just taken his hat out of any potential job opening that's there right now because of the optics of how that looks and how that sounds. I'm sorry man, that is as damning as it gets."
