Thursday on 2 Pros and Cup of Joe, Jonas Knox, Brady Quinn and LaVar Arrington react to Aaron Rodgers refuting a report from The Wall Street Journal that he has COVID Toe. Not being able to pick up on a joke between him and The Pat McAfee Show is a prime example of the disconnect between players and the media in this day of age.

Brady Quinn: "I think athletes now are essentially making fun of the media because of the position they're in having to constantly produce some sort of content every day. Because of the constant news cycle, I think athletes now know they can toy with the media. They can say whatever they want and someone is actually going to run a story based off of it."
Jonas Knox: "It's social media man. Because you have access to everyone's personal life and now everybody thinks they have the right to know everything about you. It's not just what you post online. We gotta know your medical history, your background, what you're dealing with, what's going on. Him fanning his toes out in front of the media, if you watch that and you can't just understand how absurd this whole situation is, than you're a moron... The whole thing is just ridiculous."
