Kareem Abdul-Jabbar Rips LeBron James Over 'Childish' Celebration

In the video above, Chris Broussard & Rob Parker react to the legendary Kareem Abdul-Jabbar speaking out against a gesture/dance by LeBron James that was used in celebration of hitting a clutch shot against the Indiana Pacers recently. This celebration is known as the big balls dance and was originally brought to the NBA by former point guard, Sam Cassell according to Bleacher Report.

Kareem, recognizing LeBron as the face of the league and arguably one of the greatest of all time, was disappointed in LeBron using this dance saying:

“For me, winning is enough. Why do you need to do a stupid, childish dance and disrespect the other team on the court? It doesn’t make sense. GOATs don’t dance.”

Chris Broussard and Rob Parker stand with what Kareem said:

Rob Parker: "Kareem is saying, 'What are you doing? You're above that. You're like one of the all-time greats and it's obscene! Let's just be honest-"
Chris Broussard: "Sam Cassell used to get away with it for some reason but you're right-"
Rob Parker: "You used to get away with a lot of stuff in the NBA, right?"
Chris Broussard: "But you don't want kids to see that."
Rob Parker: "Do you want your 9-year-old to go: 'Daddy, what was LeBron doing? I wanna do that.' It's unbecoming; LeBron is better than that."
