On The Jason Smith Show with Mike Harmon, the guys react to comments made by Carmelo Anthony after the Hall of Fame worthy forward compared this year's Lakers team to the NFL's Buccaneers team last year, who won the Super Bowl against the Kansas City Chiefs.

Jason Smith: "The Lakers can talk about getting it all together. But when are you going to get it all together? Guys have been hurt, and when they have been in the line-up, they haven't played well together. You're 21-20. Are you suddenly going to get Anthony Davis back and now we're going on a run? Anthony Davis is not going to return to the line up and suddenly rededicate himself to being the best player in the NBA. It's not who he is...The Lakers will be lucky if they could avoid the play-in round."
Mike Harmon: "Well, I think they are just trying to speak something into existence. They are going full LaVar Ball."
