With former Miami Dolphins head coach Brian Flores filing a class-action lawsuit against the NFL and a number of its teams alleging racist hiring practices, Ben Maller points out that Flores' chances of winning this lawsuit are very slim.
Ben Maller: "The most likely outcome here is some kind of a settlement. Having followed a lot of these lawsuits, and I'm not always right, but I'm never wrong, I don't see enough evidence here. When you take 3 steps breathe into a paper bag, you realize that it is a herculean task that Flores has to navigate through."
