Monday on 2 Pros and a Cup of Joe, Jonas Knox and LaVar Arrington sort out the aftermath from the brawl between Juwan Howard's Michigan and Greg Gard's Wisconsin. Despite Howard landing a face-palm on an assistant coach for Wisconsin, Jonas and LaVar think this is a teachable moment rather than one that needs to be handled with an iron fist.
Jonas Knox: "Juwan Howard smacks the guy and I get why people are frustrated. This is college sports, there's no place for this, but he shouldn't be fired. Can we just calm down. This isn't a fire-able offense. We've reached this point where people don't just know how to have a disagreement or a fight. Everything is a fatality. 'Fired. Fired.' There's no, 'Hey, somebody made a mistake. It was dumb. Suspend him for a few games.' No, no, no, no. We got to go straight to the end. We got to skip past all that and fire him. I just think it's crazy."
