Monday on 2 Pros and a Cup of Joe, Sean McVay commits to the Rams after seriously flirting with the possibility of leaving for the broadcast booth. The Rams were likely forced to make their best offer and McVay staying means more veterans will stay with the team, but don't be surprised when he leaves before the end of his contract, which will probably align with however long Matthew Stafford remains in the league.

Brady Quinn: "So he has a contract to stay for another five years. I'm telling you boys, I don't see him staying that long... I think it's more tied to Matthew Stafford. Those two in Cabo Wabo, or wherever the heck they were down there, they made that decision to make this whole thing happen, and they won a Super Bowl. There's kind of an unwritten agreement or trust between those two and when Stafford decides to hang it up, that's when you'll see McVay hang it up. I think it's that sort of relationship."
Jonas Knox: "I think he's out by 2025 and I don't buy that it was just a ploy to get the Rams to give him a raise. I think there was more to it... Why did it take him almost two weeks to make a final decision and why did he have a meeting set up with Amazon next week? He was absolutely kicking the tires on this thing."
