RJ BELL: We can make the case that the Eastern Conference hasn't measured up in years past , but now this conference has so many valuable players and teams that are making a name for themselves in the second part of the season. Obviously the question that arises, who is going to win East? The Heat are the obviously favored to be the #1 seed. The Bulls started hot then injuries have slowed them down so I put them at the #2 spot, and now the 76er's have some special and I'm excited to see what comes out of that situation.
On today's edition on of Straight Outta Vegas, RJ Bell thinks the Eastern Conference has stepped up in talent this past year and putting a finger on who exactly will win the East is still up in the air.
