Los Angeles Chargers GM Tom Telesco joins Doug Gottlieb on The Doug Gottlieb Show. They rehash the past season and look forward to the upcoming NFL draft. They share some draft strategies and Tom talks about whit it is like entering a draft without needing to look at quarterbacks. And he has absolutely no problem with HC Brandon Staley making aggressive calls on 4th downs because that is the identity he wants for this team.
Tom Telesco: “I’m all for being aggressive. I just think that’s how we are going to play. That’s what our identity is going to be...you just have to realize that when you play that way, it’s not going to work 100% of the time.”
