RJ Bell: One thing that overarches the changes that happened already, is the MLB's ability to make changes is a lot quicker. I think it's only 6 weeks to make a rules change. Before it was one year, like a calendar year. I like this because baseball needs to be nimble... Now, obviously you got to be worried about putting your finger to the wind and changing something, then changing something again, but man, they have been too slow in my opinion to evolve..."
