The Atlanta Falcons finally found a trade partner for Matt Ryan and sent him to the Indianapolis Colts for a 3rd round pick. Even though the Colts didn't give up much to get him, Ben Maller can't give them a good grade because Ryan isn't really an upgrade over what they had.
