Thursday on 2 Pros and a Cup of Joe, Jonas Knox, Brady Quinn and LaVar Arrington explain how Lamar Jackson's going into the 5th year of his rookie deal and not having a long-term contract is a problem for both Lamar and the Ravens.

Brady Quinn: "If you could make the case for the worth of an agent at any point in time in a player's career, it is right now for Lamar Jackson. It's not for the rookie deal. Those are simplified. It's not towards the end when you can kind of figure out what it's worth, how long and all kind of stuff. It's right now, when you've got a complex negotiation about to take place, about a player who's been the MVP, who's been one of the best quarterbacks in the league and without a doubt is a winner. Yet there's injury concern that played a part of last season and has he hit his ceiling as a passer, can he continue to improve? There's all those complex things and he doesn't have anyone representing him."
