Nets PG Kyrie Irving sure had a lot to say about a game he lost, where he was called out for making obscene gestures toward the fans to boot. He had the ball in his hands at the end of the game when it mattered, and he was playing suspect defense on Jayson Tatum as Tatum scored the game-winning layup. Doug Gottlieb reminds Kyrie that winning a war of words on the court is irrelevant if you don’t actually win the game!
Doug Gottlieb: “Kyrie Irving blew it...I love the idea of using that energy to push you through...there’s nothing like winning a road game! But he didn’t win... The only win is not in the double-birds...the only win is to win, and Kyrie lost yesterday.”
