Ja Morant Will Need to Adjust His Game

The Memphis Grizzlies took game 5 of their first round series against the Minnesota Timberwolves courtesy of a last second layup by emerging superstar Ja Morant. He also smashed an all-time highlight dunk over Malik Beasley which Dan thinks is getting a little more love than it deserves. Regardless, Morant is making a name for himself by attacking the rim and Dan is convinced he will need to adjust his aggressive style if he is going to last in the league.

Dan Patrick: “The one question I have or concern about Ja Morant is you’re not going to be able to keep attacking the rim at that size. Now in a different era, he would have gotten knocked on his rear end a few times. They would not put up with any of that nonsense.”
