Tuesday on 2 Pros and a Cup of Joe, Jonas Knox, Brady Quinn and LaVar Arrington breakdown the penalties handed down to Nebraska's Scott Frost for a countable coaches violation and believe programs are too quick to commit friendly fire on their own head coaches.

Brady Quinn: "The bigger question is, why does this come to surface? That's what you call friendly fire. Someone within the University of Nebraska blew the whistle on this, so then you have to ask yourself why would they blow the whistle on Scott Frost? It's about 'Cause.' Once you catch a coach for doing something that's illegal, you ain't gotta pay him... And you just get the feeling that it's going to take a lot for Nebraska to be able to be successful this year and for Scott Frost to hang on to his job."
LaVar Arrington: "I just find it to be sad that that's his alma mater... You're talking about where you played, and you're talking about having an emotional connection and a tie that goes beyond just being an employee of the school. And to find yourself in one of these positions where you can tell they're clearly positioning themselves to be able to get rid of him, it's just a tad bit disheartening."
