Monday on 2 Pros and a Cup of Joe, the Rams and Cardinals look like the two best teams in the NFC West, but Jonas Know asks Brady Quinn and LaVar Arrington which quarterback is most likely to make their team competitive in that division between the Niners' Trey Lance and Seahawks' Drew Lock.
Jonas Knox: "Who do you feel more confident at going into next season as a starting quarterback, Trey Lance or Drew Lock? Because I look at it and ask, 'Does San Francisco have the worst starting quarterback in the division?'"
LaVar Arrington: "I'm not willing to say Trent Lance is the worst. He's just the most unknown out of anything because we know what Drew Lock is but we don't have that with Trey Lance. It could go either way."
Brady Quinn: "If you look at the two coming out of college and you didn't know who was who, you'd say Drew Lock was more experienced, probably has just as big and strong of an arm, was way more productive, and probably is more refined as a player than the other guy who came from a lower level, started one season, sat out a season due to COVID rules, and wasn't even as fresh coming in his rookie year. There's a lot of questions around that. So when you think about it on paper, you'd have to say Drew Lock..."
