Monday on 2 Pros and a Cup of Joe, Jonas Knox, Brady Quinn and LaVar Arrington react to the latest trouble with Deshaun Watson, this time at the hands of his lawyer Rusty Hardin who said in a radio interview that "happy endings" are not illegal.
Jonas Knox: "I thought [Rusty Hardin] was good. Like, isn't that why he got hired? He represented Roger Clemens and I wonder if he's just maybe lost a step so to speak. Maybe we're just seeing him unravel professionally with the more that he talks. It is so ill advised. If I were Deshaun Watson, I don't know if this is too far down the road, I would consider changing up who represents me."
LaVar Arrington: "The damage has been done man. That damage was so bad, if I'm Deshaun Watson, I issue a statement saying that this man is totally off my team, out of our loop, this did not represent me."
Brady Quinn: "You know what I wonder? Maybe Rusty Hardin is smart enough to where he feels like this is a sinking ship and he doesn't feel like he can win these. Maybe he's sabotaging him..."
