Thursday on 2 Pros and a Cup of Joe, LaVar Arrington remembers how rookie hazing went down in his day but believes the practice is considered old school and obsolete in today's NFL.

LaVar Arrington: "I think it's outdated. I think it's run its course because where things are now, it's such a vastly different environment and guys are just vastly different. Like, old school is obsolete... Some of these customers may have been passed down and there still may be vets that make guys do it just to teach you humility. It's like paying your dues. That might still be a thing with some guys, but I just don't see that as prevalent amongst guys these days as it was back in the day."

That's not to say good ol' fashioned pranks aren't still good ol' fashioned fun. LaVar also shares a story of pranking Ray Lewis at the Pro Bowl. Take a listen below.
