Wednesday on 2 Pros and a Cup of Joe, Nick Saban voices his concern about competitive balance being lost due to conference realignments. The truth is there's always been an imbalance but if college football wants to move closer to the pro model, people in power need to make sacrifices in order allow it to operate in that fashion.

Brady Quinn: "People who are in positions of power in college football, whether that's conference commissioners, or even the NCAA or some other governing body that's created to come in and actually make sacrifices in order to allow other schools to be competitive and other schools to actually find some parity and all of this before it gets it goes too far."
Jonas Knox: "Do you think that's gonna happen or is it, 'We're gonna get ours and you guys figure it out on your own.'?"
LaVar Arrington: "That's how it's always been... There's always going to be differences in programs. Like, what's the school president thinking? What's the school AD thinking? There's so many moving parts to this, you're not going to be able to get all of these people from all these different backgrounds to be on the same page as to what parity looks like for college sports."
