Tuesday on 2 Pros and a Cup of Joe, Jonas Knox, Brady Quinn and LaVar Arrington agree the Eagles look like real contenders this season due to Jalen Hurts exceeding expectations.
Jonas Knox: "All of a sudden Nick Sirianni had the Eagles in the playoffs last year. They look better this year, and Jalen Hurt looks like he's a franchise quarterback that's gonna get paid."
LaVar Arrington: "He's got to keep doing it though. Some people didn't think that he could turn the corner and make the plays that he's making."
Brady Quinn: "He's a guy that I think has continually gotten better and better and better... But don't be mistaken, when Nick Sirianni turned the play calling duties over to Shane Steichen last year, halfway through the season, that's when this all took off. This offense now operates at a clip that is perfectly designed for his skill set."
