New England Patriots Head Coach, Bill Belichick has been forced to make some difficult decisions at quarterback since Tom Brady left town, and Dan wonders if we may be seeing a full-blown quarterback controversy after Mac Jones and Bailey Zappe both played significant minutes in last night’s loss to the Chicago Bears. What we know for certain is that Belichick will keep his decisions close to the vest even though he is likely to be peppered with questions from the media about his plan at quarterback next week against the Jets.
Dan Patrick: “I don’t know if it’s officially a quarterback controversy. Bill Belichick would never say that or acknowledge that. But he’s going to be talking to the media this morning, and he’s going to have to answer the following question, ‘Who’s your quarterback against the Jets?’”
