No Charges Should Be Filed Against Michigan State

There was some sort of melee after the Michigan State-Michigan game in the tunnels between the players. It’s being reported that helmets were swung, a nose was broken, and the Spartans were the aggressors. In the meantime, 4 Spartans players have been suspended by Michigan State and criminal charges are being considered. While Doug Gottlieb agrees there should be serious consequences for the offenders, criminal charges aren’t necessary.

Doug Gottlieb: “It’s never OK to swing a helmet and I think they should be punished severely, severely! But this is one in which, because it’s young college athletes, I wouldn’t go to the press charges...”
