Wednesday on 2 Pros and a Cup of Joe, Jonas Knox, Brady Quinn and LaVar Arrington take a deeper look at Frank Reich's time in Indianapolis and believe he deserves another shot as Head Coach in the NFL.

Jonas Knox: "When you talk about under the radar difficult situation to have to coach in; all the changes at quarterback, Andrew Luck retires on the sideline during a preseason game, Jacoby Brissett, Philip Rivers, Carson Wentz, whatever the hell you call this year with Matt Ryan and Sam Ehlinger. Oh, and on top of it, you've got an impulsive owner Jim Irsay who's just wheeling and dealing like he's playing fake football or fantasy football somewhere. I hope Frank Reich gets another opportunity. I don't know when it's going to happen, but to me, he did a pretty decent job considering all that he had to work with there in Indianapolis."
Brady Quinn: "When you think about what he was dealt and you think about the narrative that surrounds a lot of head coaches who you deem are losers, failures, whatever, there's a lot of stuff that plays a role or factor and I think he actually helped keep that ship floating when most people probably would have sank a long time ago."
LaVar Arrington: "He had an MVP candidate last year in Jonathan Taylor. His defense played well. You have a premier middle linebacker and for me, this all hinges off of the quarterback position. I think the total focus of all of this and what has been felt to be a a miss is that Reich couldn't get quarterbacks, at least seemingly the last two years, to play at a high enough level. And I just wonder did he have to take the scapegoat role from the GM because of how poor the offensive line has been playing."

They also think the reason for his firing originates with Carson Wentz, but Jim Irsay and Chris Ballard may have been too quick to move on from the struggling quarterback.

Jonas Knox: "They would be better off had they kept Carson Wentz for a year or two, than what they did this offseason with what they had to give up to try and get Matt Ryan. Had they stuck with Carson Wentz, they'd be in a better spot and they'd be a contender in the AFC right now."
