LaVar Arrington: "I want to see Jeff Saturday succeed. What if he has success, and it ushers in a whole new narrative towards former players and their opportunities? To me, that include black players, that includes brown players, that includes white players. The racial barrier goes out the door. It gives a whole new light on how you approach hiring a coach."
TJ Houshmandzadeh: "I hope he succeeds, but the opportunity he received was surprising. But it's not what you know, it's always who you know."
Plaxico Burress: "An interim coach that is hired is usually somebody who steps in and is already established. This staff already has a lot of great teachers and players that are there. Why wasn't Reggie Wayne good enough? Kevin Mawae, Gus Bradley, Scottie Montgomery... How does it make those coaches feel when somebody from the outside comes in and takes the helm of a team and has no idea what is going on, from a scheme standpoint, offensively and defensively? So now they have to regroup and come up with a whole new plan. This season is already over, that's why Jim Irsay made this decision."

LaVar Arrington, TJ Houshmandzadeh, and Plaxico Burress react to the Indianapolis Colts hiring Jeff Saturday as their new head coach. LaVar explains why he hopes Saturday succeeds, as it could completely change perspectives on who can get head coaching jobs. TJ and Plaxico discuss the controversy surrounding Saturday's hiring despite his lack of coaching experience.
