NIL Rules Are Only Increasing Player Exploitation

Pitt Head Football Coach Pat Narduzzi claims that UNC QB Drake Maye has received two separate $5M NIL deal offers to transfer away from the Tar Heels, while at the same time we are seeing a record number of student athletes entering the transfer portal. Doug Gottlieb warned us this kind of thing was inevitable once the NIL rules went into effect and he’s here to say he told us so. The old system worked for a long time, and these new rules are only exacerbating the inequities in college sports.
