Reports continue to link Jim Harbaugh to a number of head coaching vacancies in the NFL including Carolina, Indianapolis and Denver. 2 Pros and a Cup of Joe discuss the best landing spots and whether or not they could entice Harbaugh to leave Michigan.
Brady Quinn: "You look at Carolina, you look at Denver, you look at Indy, those three franchises have to be giving Jim Harbaugh a good long look at whether or not he should be their next head coach. And I think outside of money, which is a motivating factor for everyone, and maybe just being tired of dealing with the transfer portal and NIL and all this crap that's going on in college football, maybe there's a part of him too that remembers one of the biggest losses in his career, in the Super Bowl versus his brother. Maybe he wants a little little payback against his brother."
LaVar Arrington: "The one team that makes the most sense out of all of them is the Indianapolis Colts. Jim Irsay wants to be validated that he knows what he's doing... I think that Harbaugh would be a definitive response to what's perceived to be a failed decision on Irsay's part to bring in Saturday."
Jonas Knox: "Why would Jim Harbaugh want to go to Carolina, over staying at Michigan? That seems like a disaster spot. I don't see that as an attractive job at all for him. I'd rather go to Denver..."
