Chris Broussard and Rob Parker react to the Dallas Cowboys getting slaughtered by the Washington Commanders. Broussard expresses his concerns with the Cowboys as they enter the playoffs, with which he already had reservations about them, saying they're "more likely to play their 'F' game at any given moment." Now he's upgraded them to flat-out untrustworthy and one of the most inconsistent teams in the playoffs right now. Parker shares the same concerns and believes head coach Mike McCarthy's job is in jeopardy if they lose in the Wild Card round to the Tom Brady-led Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Chris Broussard: "The Dallas Cowboys with a chance to be the number one seed facing a team with nothing to play for except, I guess, divisional pride...Washington was sitting several of their top players, and the Cowboys, who are like one of the top-scoring teams in the league, go in there and bring, as I've been saying for months, their F game. I just can't trust them, and that's why I think it's going to be a short trip for them in the playoffs. And I thought what they did on Sunday was just indicative of them being the most inconsistent team, and of all the playoff teams, they're the one most liable to lay an egg. I don't trust the Cowboys at all. All the fears the Cowboys could have were put on display on Sunday."
Rob Parker: "If they lose, Mike McCarthy's done. I don't care that they're going to Tampa Bay. Tampa Bay isn't a good team, and if you're the Cowboys, you should beat them. If they go down there and lose, if you're Jerry Jones, you've got ANOTHER mess on your hands."
Chris Broussard: "I think McCarthy is gone if they lose."
