Doug Pederson: Last to First Is an Incredible Feat

Jacksonville Jaguars Head Coach Doug Pederson joins Dan Patrick on The Dan Patrick Show. He can’t say enough about the resiliency of this team who lost five games in October and still managed to come back and win their division, this after having the worst record in football the previous season. And then to notch a win in a playoff game to top it off made for an undoubtedly successful season. He also weighs in on Kansas City Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes ankle injury and predicts how that will affect his performance in this weekend’s AFC Championship game.

Doug Pederson: “It would have been easy for us to really go in the tank and spiral out of control which I think this organization has done over the course of the last couple seasons, and our guys didn’t do that. They stayed the course, they trusted the process that we were on, and got it done. So proud of the guys for doing that, AFC South Champs! Going from last place to really first place is pretty incredible, and it’s an incredible feat for the guys.”
