Shannon Sharpe: “If he wins a championship, he’ll have the greatest five year stretch to start a career than anybody, not even (Tom) Brady...He’s going to win the MVP this year so that’ll be two regular season MVP’s, he has two 5,000-yard passing seasons in five years of starting, and if he wins the Super Bowl it’s hard for me to see a scenario in which someone other than Mahomes wins the (MVP) if Kansas City wins this game.
