LSU star Angel Reese is currently the center of controversy after taunting Iowa’s Caitlin Clark during the Final of the NCAA Women’s Basketball Tournament. Reese’s Lady Tigers took home the ring and she was unapologetic after the game. Doug places the blame squarely on the shoulders of LSU HC Kim Mulaney for not controlling her players. There’s a fine line between trash talk and taunting, and Angel Reese crossed that line.
Doug Gottlieb: “What Angel Reese did...I actually blame Kim Mulkey. If she’s my player like, what are you doing? We won the National Championship...the game is over. Don’t make it about rubbing it in and taunting. That’s not dignified.”
