Today on 2 Pros and a Cup of Joe, Jonas Knox, Brady Quinn and LaVar Arrington look at the rising expectations for the Jets following the trade for Aaron Rodgers and instead of labeling them as a team of destiny, they caution fans to temper expectations.

Brady Quinn: "The expectations in general are so skewed. Tom Brady, Matthew Stafford, the movement and the way that's worked out, I think it created unrealistic expectations for teams, probably some quarterbacks, for sure fans, that you could just pick up and move, go somewhere else and have immediate success."
Jonas Knox: "It's Rodgers first year there. If they get to the playoffs, considering where this organization has been for over a decade, I would call that a success. That's at least progress and if he's gonna be back for another year, I would say that's a success. That's why I don't say it's got to be Super Bowl or bust for Rodgers when it gets to the Jets."
