Six years, and $72 million dollars is his contract, and with incentives it could be as much as 8 years and $100 million. Is he going to play, too? Is Monty Williams THAT sought after?
Mike Harmon: “Monty Williams is a guy who is going to create blueprints, and lay foundation. I love the potential there in Detroit, there’s a nice young core, and James Weissman needs a coach that could mold him... I love it, but man, that’s a lot of money for a long time.”
