Ja Morant Received a “Scarlet Letter of Stupidity”

Memphis Grizzlies star Ja Morant finally received his discipline from the NBA in the form of a 25-game suspension for flashing a gun on a social media for the second time after already having been suspended once for his previous infraction. The NBAPA is unsurprisingly protesting that it’s too long but Doug thinks it’s about right. He’ll have to wear the shame of his 25-game suspension for the entire offseason.

Doug Gottlieb: “The fact that this has all happened in the offseason means that...more than anything, you carry that scarlet letter for the whole offseason...you’re carrying that scarlet letter of stupidity through the offseason.”
