The much anticipated debut of number one draft pick Victor Wembanyama has everyone talking, including Doug Gottlieb. He thinks Wembanyama is a true unicorn, the likes of which we have never seen before. If he manages to reach even a part of his potential, he could dominate the league. It’s unimaginable to see someone that size be that graceful and athletic.
Doug Gottlieb: “Last night you watched a unicorn...I mean this in actually a good way, it’s like a circus freak knew how to play basketball. Because there’s no way; human beings aren’t created like that, can’t be athletic at 7’6”, can’t be competitive, can’t move like that!”
