The Los Angeles Clippers traded for NBA superstar James Harden and the reactions have been mixed. Doug thinks it’s a good move for the Clippers considering they don’t need Harden to do too much. He doesn’t need to carry the entire team, he just needs to be a consistent contributor and have the occasional dominant performance.
Doug Gottlieb: “He doesn’t have to be the best player. He doesn’t have to be the second best player. In many ways, he doesn’t have to be the third of fourth best player. They just need somebody who can facilitate, score, and every once in a while, do his own thing.”
