Chris Broussard: Brock Purdy's Still the MVP Frontrunner over Dak Prescott

Photo: Ezra Shaw

Broussard: “In the MVP race, I still have Brock Purdy for now but I’ll say this... Dak (Prescott) is about to enter his gauntlet or he has entered it right... but Dak after you know what I called them played a bunch of tomato cans early in the season... the couple game teams they (Cowboys) played... San Francisco (49ers) bashed them, Philly (Eagles) beat them in Philadelphia, Seattle’s a pretty good team they beat them and then they beat the Eagles of course.”
Broussard: They got Buffalo, Miami and Detroit awaiting... if Dak plays well in those games and even if they may drop one but if he plays great like he has been for the most part I have no problem with him being MVP. I think it’s very close, I think it will come down to the last week or two of the season but I don’t think he did enough on Sunday especially considering that Brock Purdy  threw for 386 yards himself and two touchdowns for the 49ers.”
On the latest episode of The Odd Couple, Chris Broussard and Martin Weiss debate who should be frontrunner for league MVP after Week 14. Listen to the full segment above!
