Dan Beyer & Kerry Rhodes are sitting in for Doug Gottlieb today and they react to the breaking news that the Denver Broncos are benching QB Russell Wilson for the remainder of the season. The debate rages over exactly why the Broncos made this move but Dan and Kerry have their own opinions on the subject. Kerry thinks it’s just Sean Payton trying to deflect the blame onto Wilson s min order to save his own reputation, while Dan thinks making tough decisions about Wilson was the very reason Payton was hired in the first place.
Kerry Rhodes: “What this says to me is: Sean Payton’s trying not to take the blame for what’s going on in Denver...”
