Legendary football coach Nick Saban is retiring from Alabama after 17-season as the head coach for the Crimson Tide. Jason Smith and Mike Harmon debate why Saban decided to hang up a very successful coaching career at the time he did!
Jason Smith: “When guys who are legends like this that have won their entire career when they retire they retire for one reason, it’s because they think they can’t win anymore.”
Mike Harmon: “I would say the larger discussion point when it comes to Saban walking away may not just be him looking in the mirror and seeing what this team was, but I think it’s the larger change in the landscape of college football, not just those teams that are going to the BIG10!”
