“CJ is very good but he’s 22 years old and doesn’t have any playoff experience. Lamar Jackson has the highest career win percentage of any quarterback in league history without multiple playoff wins. He’s a three-time Pro Bowler, athletically in a different class than CJ Stroud, who is a good athlete, but he’s not Lamar. I’m taking Lamar Jackson.”

Patrick Mahomes vs. Josh Allen
“Josh Allen vs. Mahomes is trickier. Josh is bigger and stronger, but this is a playoff game and in nine playoff games Josh Allen is 5-4. Mahomes over his last four playoff games with imperfect rosters – eight touchdowns, no picks, a 108 passer rating. Mahomes also has the advantage of the hyper-clever Andy Reid. I’m going to take Mahomes. Mahomes is the better quarterback.”

“Jordan Love his last nine games has a 71% completion percentage, and a 116.6 passer rating. Love is taller, better arm, more athletic than Brock Purdy, who over his last two games has two TDs and four picks. Jordan Love is the superior quarterback. Remember, it’s the ‘Quarterback Face Bracket’, not the ‘Spread Bracket’, or ‘Who is Going to Win Bracket.’

Baker Mayfield vs. Jared Goff
“Goff has always been a lot better than anyone wants to acknowledge. Goff over his last five games has been great. He’s got the better o-line, the better run-game... Ten touchdowns, two picks, 71% completion percentage. Baker is a little smaller and I don’t think he has quite the support system, but in terms of just pure quarterback talent, I think Jared is a better quarterback. I think he throws a prettier ball.”
