Mike Harmon: “They want to bring back Mason Rudolph who has played some pretty good football down the stretch, but one thing that is true is that when TJ Watt plays the Steelers are 69-33-2. That’s how you convince yourself that there is going to be a difference and that he will be out on the field.”
