Rob Parker: “No way no how. These are the same people, Chris Broussard included, saying I don’t want to see the Lions on thanksgiving... I don’t want to see the Lions on thanksgiving... I’m so tired... I’ve been watching them forever they should pick another team... we don’t care about the Lions. Now all of a sudden they win a playoff game and now they should be America’s team. How about getting to the Super Bowl and then maybe people can say wow what a story and I want to see the Lions win but after one win against the Rams at home now they are America’s team? This is an over the top (reaction.)”
Chris Broussard: “I’m looking at between them (Buccaneers) and Detroit (Lions), its close but I would argue that Detroit had the slightly better inspirational story.”
