Aaron Torres joined FOX Sports Radio as a part-time, fill-in host in 2017, before teaming with Arnie Spanier on the network’s Saturday night, national recap show in the winter of 2018. He’s held that spot for the past five years, with Jason Martin replacing Spanier in the fall of 2021. Torres and Martin kick off their third year of hosting together in the fall of 2023.
In addition to his work at FOX Sports Radio, Torres also hosts The Aaron Torres Sports Podcast, which routinely ranks atop the “college sports” category on iTunes. The show hits on the biggest topics of the day, while also welcoming a slew of major guests from across the world of sports, with a heavy emphasis on college sports. Previous guests include Heisman Trophy winners Tim Tebow, Robert Griffin III and Herschel Walker, basketball icon Bill Walton, and national championship coaches Jim Calhoun, Rick Pitino and Bob Stoops. The Aaron Torres Podcast is part of Aaron Torres Media, which features a slate of podcasts and YouTube channels reaching millions of people annually with college sports coverage.
In addition to his broadcast work, Torres has written two books, including an Amazon best-seller "One and Fun" about the 2009-2010 Kentucky Wildcats basketball team.
