Chris Broussard: “If you’re the Jets, and you’re paying Aaron Rodgers $35 million guaranteed this season, and done everything he wants them to do. Sign his friend to be his backup, go get Randall Cobb even though he’s been washed for years, done everything he’s asked...if you’re the Jets and you hear this news, aren’t you bothered by this?”
Rob Parker: “No, I’m not bothered by this...this is going to happen in a couple weeks, not during the election. We just heard Aaron Rodgers say he wants to play 3 or 4 more years, this is lunacy...I don’t believe there’s anything to this story. I’m taking it with a grain of salt. I don’t think he’s going to run for Vice President.”
