Rich Ohrnberger is a nationally syndicated weekend host on FOX Sports Radio. The six-year NFL veteran joined the network in 2018 and currently hosts a Sunday afternoon program with Steve Hartman. Each weekend, the duo engages sports fans with their combination of breaking news and highlights with banter from former players, insiders and experts.

Ohrnberger also hosts the weekend football program, Countdown to Kickoff presented by BetMGM. Airing Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. ET, the program serves as a lead-in to the weekend in college football and also features FSR weekend personality Brian Noe and betting expert Jared Smith.

Ohrnberger came to FSR after a two and half year run hosting middays on the Mark & Rich Show on XTRA 1360 Fox Sports San Diego. In 2019, he served as a radio commentator for San Diego Fleet games, working alongside play-by-play announcer Jon Schaeffer.

On the field, Ohrnberger played college football at Penn State, where he started every game in 2007 at left guard and was named second-team All-Big Ten. In 2008, he earned third-team Associated Press All-America honors, and he was also named first-team All-Big Ten that season.

Ohrnberger was drafted by the New England Patriots in the fourth round of the 2009 NFL Draft. He also played for the Arizona Cardinals and San Diego Chargers before retiring in 2014.
