On today’s edition of The Odd Couple with Chris Broussard and Rob Parker, Chris and Rob decide which NBA Super Star they would be okay with missing the postseason, as LeBron James, Kevin Durant and Stephen Curry are all likely to be in the NBA Play-In Tournament.
Chris Broussard: "If I had to have one NBA Superstar miss the playoffs, I would have to say KD. The team I have the least amount of confidence in, the team I am most frustrated in, is the Phoenix Suns . They’re underachievers and they’re not mentally tough. The Lakers can make a run, and it would be nice for Anthony Davis to finally take the reigns once and for all. Golden State, I think they can be dangerous and their style is fun.
Rob Parker: "If I had to have one miss the playoffs, it would be LeBron and the Lakers. I’d feel a little sentimental for Steph and the Warriors, for the last hurrah. When it comes to Kevin Durant, I think the Suns have too much talent, I would like to see them make a real run if they were healthy."
