Listen to YouTube sports documentarian Jay Skapinac of the YouTube channel Skap Attack rip ‘fraud king' LeBron James after Darvin Ham became the ninth NBA head coach of LeBron to be fired.
Check out the segment above as Skapinac calls out all the franchises LeBron has ever played on for caving to the ‘petulant baby’ that LeBron is following championship-less seasons, saying Ham was just another fall guy that LeBron could throw under the bus to disguise his historically long list of playoff failures.
Jay Skapinac: “With ‘the chosen one', his inner circle, and the inept fan base still reeling from the latest chapter of his underwhelming playoff exploits -- a gentleman’s sweep at the hands of Nikola Jokic and the Denver Nuggets – there needed to be some changes made, as the Lakers were once again spanked and humiliated by LA's daddy, Michael Malone, for a second consecutive season. And now, less than a week since Jamal Murray hit the second game-winner of the series to put the finishing touches on that first round appearance for the Lake Show, LeBron has done it... Well, done one of the things LeBron actually does do at an elite, all-time level... AXES HIS COACH.
The ‘King Coach Killer’ is now set to move on to his 10th head coach during his NBA tenure, unless, of course, he recycles Ty Lue after what looks to be an inevitable divorce coming his way when the other LA team craps their pants in their first round matchup against Dallas. But the Lakers likely have a short list of a few other possible candidates to take the next head job in Tinseltown after they sent Darvin Ham packing after just two years and a run to the Western Conference Finals in his first season a year ago.
After LeBron -- being the petulant baby that he is -- threw a couple of temper tantrums in the direction of Darvin throughout the course of the series against Denver, the writing was pretty much on the wall when the Lakers flamed out. Bron has to have a ‘fall guy’. One of the principal staples of every stop LeBron James has made throughout the course of his career is -- well, aside from hilarious playoff failures -- is a plethora of scapegoats for said failures.
In many instances that designation has fallen squarely on the shoulders of the head coach. Many pro-LeBron jock sniffing pundits and apologists will have you believe James ‘never played for a great head coach!’, but he has played for two-time Coach of the Year, Mike Brown, the aforementioned Tyronn Lue, who the Lakers would be clamoring to try to hire and repair with LeBron, and a surefire Basketball Hall of Fame head coach in Erik Spoelstra, who LeBron famously wanted fired. But don't take my word for it; that was according to Heat team president Pat Riley himself.
And now the sycophantic losers helming the once-great Lakers front office are acquiescing to the every whim of this sulky little brat who hasn't even committed to returning to the Lakers, as he is expected to tip his toe in the free agent waters this summer. But who are we kidding, LeBron has found his latest team to hold hostage and they have shown their proclivity to bend the knee and genuflect to the ‘fraud King’ at any twist and turn of his meandering set of demands, which at this point was to cut their third head coach loose in the last six years.
Yes, you heard that right, the Lakers are now setting out to hire their fourth head coach in the soon-to-be seven-year tenure of LeBron James. All of that is for two total playoff wins since the 2020 postseason. It will mean lucky number 10 for LeBron unless he decides to run it back with Ty Lou in the event the Clippers break him off.
Also rumored to be in the running – because, yeah, you can't make this stuff up – is J.J. Redick, who has no coaching experience whatsoever at any level, but he and Bron are close friends and just so happen to be running a propaganda podcast together currently. That sounds like a perfect candidate actually for the Lakers, and with his total lack of experience, J.J. sure would make for the next perfect ‘fall guy.’
