Jonas Knox and Lavar Arrington, filling in for Dan Patrick, react to the Mavericks taking a 3-0 series lead over the Timberwolves in the Western Conference Finals. While Anthony Edwards has understandably shouldered much of the blame for Minnesota's shortcomings, the guys take a step back and consider whether the Wolves' other star, Karl-Anthony Towns, might deserve just as much heat.
Lavar Arrington: "[KAT], if you ain't gonna take your big ass down on this block and create all kinds of match-up problems down low with your height and athleticism, then you've gotta come sit on this bench."
Jonas Knox: "I mean he's 4-for-32 [on 3-pointers] in the series. At what point when you're 4-for-32 do you go, 'you know, maybe this just isn't it'? Like I don't know one thing in life that I've tried 32 times, been successful with four, and been like, 'you know what? I'm going back to the well!'... The guy's shooting 12 percent. I don't get it!"
