Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Jordan Addison was reportedly arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence near Los Angeles International Airport on Friday (July 12), according to a California Highway Patrol police report obtained by ESPN Sunday (July 14) night.

Addison, 22, was identified as the driver found by a West Los Angeles Police Department officer asleep behind the wheel of a white Rolls Royce blocking a lane of I-105 West, according to the police report. The second-year wide receiver was arrested after a DUI investigation at 11:36 p.m. PT on Friday and released from custody at 1:36 a.m. PT on Saturday (July 13).

Police didn't publicly reveal Addison's blood alcohol content at the time of his arrest. California's BAC legal limit is 0.08.

The Vikings confirmed that they were "aware of Jordan Addison's arrest this past Friday and are currently gathering more information regarding the incident" in a statement to ESPN. The 22-year-old concluded his decorate collegiate career at USC -- having previously won the Biletnikoff Award at the University of Pittsburgh prior to transferring in 2022 -- and was in Los Angeles last week for the premiere of the Netflix series Receiver which features Vikings teammate and fellow wide receiver Justin Jefferson.

Addison was previously arrested for a driving-related incident prior to the beginning of his rookie season. The Maryland native was cited for driving 140 MPH on a Minnesota freeway in July 2023 and agreed to plead guilty to a misdemeanor speeding charge, paying $686 in fines, while a charge of reckless driving was dismissed.

Addison was selected by the Vikings at No. 23 overall in the 2023 NFL Draft and had a breakout rookie season, recording 70 receptions for 911 yards and 10 touchdowns.
