Chris Broussard: “(Patrick) Mahomes got every single vote but one so somebody out there that was in the survey said Josh Allen was better than Patrick Mahomes.”
Martin Weiss: “Even when guys are listing out quarterbacks they’ll go like ‘Patrick Mahomes, Josh Allen when you have these types of guys,’ like I think the gap between one and everyone else is about the size of the Grand freaking Canyon. The gap between Patrick Mahomes and all the rest of the quarterbacks in the NFL is gargantuan. So that’s how Josh Allen can both be the 4th best quarterback in football and also be overrated because people have him in the same words, in the same conversation as Patrick Mahomes which is ludicrous. I know Joe Burrow was hurt last year but Joe Burrow is the only that has stood toe to toe with Mahomes and came away with a little bit of silverware.”
