Rob Parker: "It's nonsense to think that this can't be made right. Front offices can do whatever they want. If the Chiefs want to make it right and adjust other people's money to make sure that Patrick Mahomes is the highest paid quarterback in the league, they could do that. If they can adjust Mahomes' contract, they can adjust other guys as well to make sure that Patrick gets his money."
Chris Broussard: "He should not only be the highest paid player in the NFL, he should be the highest paid in American sports. But I think he has his priorities straight. He is still making tons of money. He is still going to make more than any other QB from 2023-2026. And he's got a better chance of winning Super Bowls. As great as he is, you still need great teammates."
